All courses are tailored to meet the needs of each one of our students. Our instructors reserve your requested dates and times in their schedule to dedicate themselves solely to your training. It is important that both parties value and honor this time set aside. However, if an unscheduled event makes it impossible for the training to take place, our cancellation policy is as stated below.

• 2 or more weeks prior to the training - full refund or full credit towards future training

• From 2 weeks to 1 week prior to the training - full credit towards future training

• Less that 1 week prior to the training - 50% credit towards future training
